You can choose from over 120,000 products spread across various categories such as grocery, bakery, fruits & vegetables, beverages, personal care products, baby care products, pet products and much more.

Registration

You can register by clicking on the My Account link at the top side of the homepage, then click on Register. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions, then subscribe our Newsletter by choosing Yes in Newsletter section and submit the registration information.

No. Registration on grocypocket.com is absolutely free.

You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.

Each email address and phone number can be associated with one GrocyPocket account only.

Account Related

My Account is the section you reach after you log in at grocypocket.com. My Account allows you to track your active orders as well as see your order history and update your contact details.

You need to click to forgot password on the Login page then enter your email and click continue. An email with a reset password will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team at support@grocypocket.com.

Payment

GrocyPocket accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, netbanking, PayTM, PayU Money and PayTM Wallet. Cash on delivery (COD) is also available.

No, we do not charge anything over and above the rates shown. However, we do have a delivery fee in case the order value not reach the minimum order value for free delivery.

Yes, it is. All transactions on GrocyPocket are completed via secure payment gateways (Citrus, PayU) which are PCI and DSS compliant. We do not store your card details at any given time.

Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order at the time of order delivery at your doorstep.

If the payment has been made online then the money will be credited to your account & if it is a Cash on Delivery order then money will be refunded by cash.

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout there is a box where you can enter any evoucher/ coupon code that you have. The amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice value.

Delivery Related

Fruits & vegetables weight will be exact or greater than the weight shown. We do not charge any extra money for higher in weight than the weight shown in the website/app.

We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel operating across the city which ensure timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

You will be able to check this detail at the time of checkout when you enter the address. If we are unable to deliver in your area - we will inform you before checkout.

In case of a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery. Additionally 10% of the order value will be credited to your GrocyPocket account which can be used in your next order.

There is no minimum order value. However a minimum order value to qualify for free delivery. In case you do not reach the limit, a delivery charge will be levied against that order.

Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact our customer support team at mailto:order@grocypocket.comfor any modification of order.

The only way you can check the status of your order is by contacting our customer support team at order@grocypocket.com.

If you are not satisfied with the delivered products, you can return the product at the time of delivery or you can return/replace the product within 24hours of delivery.

At the time of delivery, we advise you to kindly check every item as in the invoice. Please report any missing item that is invoiced. As a benefit to our customers, if you are not available at the time of order delivery or you haven’t checked the list at the time of delivery we provide a window of 24hrs to report missing items. This is applicable only for items that are invoiced.

Return & Refund

We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and refund money in your account.

For amounts lower than Rs. 500, the refund will be within 24 hours, once the order is delivered. For amounts higher than Rs. 500, the refund will be credited back to your original mode of payment, i.e. within 7-10 working days for debit/credit card payments and 24-48 hours for other wallets.
